Don Marco's Ceviche de Tilapia

Ceviche is a very traditional dish in the hispanic community, and it is perfect for the warmer days! Here is a simple yet delicious recipe to try out. With Miramar Seafood Tilapia Cubes, you are sure to get a delicious ceviche, and don't forget to share because there will be unlimited love for this dish!

Makes: 3 servings


  • 1 lb. Miramar Seafood Tilapia Cubes

  • ½ cup lime juice

  • ¼ cup tomato (chopped and seeded)

  • ¼ cup cucumber (peeled, seeded and finely diced)

  • ½ cup onions (finely chopped)

  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves (chopped)

  • 2 tsp. hot sauce

  • 1 serrano pepper

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparing Instructions:

  1. Place the tilapia cubes in a medium bowl. Pour lime juice over the fish and mix gently to combine.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.

  3. Add the tomato, cucumber, onion, cilantro, serrano pepper, and hot sauce.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!

Tip: Spread some mayonnaise in a tostada and enjoy with the ceviche!
